Precision bespoke joinery for fitted furniture, mouldings and architectural timber components across Southampton and Hampshire. Handcrafted tolerances for kitchens, period houses and specialist interiors.

Solent Bespoke Projects delivers high‑accuracy joinery tailored to the demands of modern homes and period properties in Southampton. Our small team brings a decade of hands‑on experience in fitted furniture, bespoke mouldings and precision timber components. Boat‑building techniques and specialist carpentry ensure tight tolerances and long‑lasting finishes. Ideal for kitchens, wardrobes, skirtings, and any interior where fit and finish matter.
Ten years of focused joinery and carpentry means practical solutions for Victorian terraces, new builds and kitchen carcasses with predictable results.
Bespoke fitted furniture. From full kitchen carcasses and utility units to built‑in wardrobes and window seats, our joinery is made to fit awkward alcoves, uneven floors and existing services. We specialise in face‑frame and frameless cabinetry, hardwood doors, drawer carcasses with soft‑close runners and bespoke shelving that sits perfectly against skirtings and cornices.
Bespoke mouldings and architectural elements. We reproduce or design new architraves, skirtings, cornices and bespoke trims for period homes in Portswood and the Victorian terraces of Southampton. For modern flats and conversions we fabricate minimal, accurate profiles in hardwood or veneered panels. All work is hand‑finished and prepared for paint or clear lacquer, with site‑fitting that accounts for plaster, tiling and flooring trades.
We carry out a full on‑site survey, record tolerances to the millimetre and produce measured drawings so dimensions and interfaces are resolved before manufacture.
Components are hand‑assembled and finished in our workshop using traditional joinery—dovetails, mortise and tenon and precision face‑frame work—then sanded and sealed to specification.
We install with site adjustments for plaster tolerances, services and flooring, carry out final fixes, and complete a client sign‑off with care instructions.

Project times vary by scope: a single built‑in wardrobe typically takes 2–3 weeks from survey to fit, while a full kitchen run can take 6–10 weeks including site preparation and finishing. We give a clear programme at quotation and keep you updated if any trade or ordering delays occur.
